Kirtland Insiders Tour on January 23rd Continued…

 

The day begins at 7:00 am with members will meet and park outside of the Truman Gate (east on Gibson from I-25, past Girard, south on Truman) on Wednesday, January 23rd. They will then be escorted onto the base and onto the bus that will take them around for the tour. You will be greeted and escorted by Colonel Robert E. Suminsby Jr., Commander of the 377 Air Base Wing. You will start the day with breakfast and a briefing about the base. Participants will then be able to see the Starbase La Luz, the Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC), the PJ School (Pararescue Jumpers), and the 58th Special Operations Wing.

 

The tour is from 7:00 am until 3:30 pm.  SPACE IS LIMITED!

 

Kirtland Air Force Base plays a huge role in our community’s economic development. The total value of Kirtland AFB’s economic impact to the local community is almost $8.2 billion and over 51,000 jobs. Members will get up-to-date on what’s going on base by attending this unique event, and will also have an opportunity to network with each other.
