Position title: Program Support Assistant

 

The New Mexico District of the US Small Business Administration is looking to fill the position of Program Support Assistant at the GS 5, 6 or 7 level depending on the qualifications and experience of the applicant. This will be an excellent opportunity for someone to help us serve the New Mexico Small Business Community while at the same time building a career in the federal government.

This position will give the person who we hire the opportunity to work in SBA lending, supporting Small Business contractors that work with federal agencies and in support of our relationships with SBA’s Resource Partners, the SBDCs, WESST Corp and SCORE, as well as public information and outreach and District administration.

ST. PIUS X HIGH SCHOOL SEEKS ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

Position title: Assistant Director of Advancement and Alumni

This high visibility position serves as a key member of the school's external relations team with decision making and budget responsibilities for management and development of alumni and volunteer programs, including the organization and implementation of class reunions, annual fund class agent program and fundraising committee volunteers.

Responsibilities include creating and managing events, a mailing and outreach plan, writing and editing content for publications, on-line content, donor profiles, letters, invitations, and other materials as needed in support of fundraising priorities, while building and maintaining long-term SPX relationships through individual visits and prospect interaction.

Bachelor’s degree required and three years professional experience in high visibility fundraising, public relations, and events. Candidate must demonstrate excellent skills in computer, communication, organizational and database management (Excel, Raisers Edge). Full-time, salary commensurate with education and experience.

PEPSI CO. SEEKS MERCHANDISER - PART TIME EVENINGS

Job Description: Responsible for product merchandising within large volume stores. This includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization and movement of product from storage to the sales floor. Sales responsibilities and customer contact are incidental and not a significant role for this position. Position may be part or full-time. This position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period; as well as bending, reaching and squatting while merchandising and moving products. It may require pre-employment physical capability evaluation. May not have more than one moving violation (anything other than parking) within the past 12 months

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Pepsi products in accounts assigned by supervisor; Utilize promotional material (signs, banners) in accounts; Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition; Communicate sales results to store and Pepsi management; Build customer relationships at store level
