Discover Scotland in 2015 with the Chamber
Trip is scheduled for April 27-May 6, 2015
Scotland is well-known for its beautiful landscapes and deep history. Images of rugged terrain, magical castles and unicorns probably come to mind… Wait. Unicorns? Maybe not unicorns. But did you know that unicorns are actually the official animal of Scotland?
Just think of what else you might learn as you “discover” Scotland with the Chamber for an entire 8 days! Your trip cost includes lodging for eight nights, 14 meals, fees for guided tours and roundtrip airfare from Albuquerque. Based on double occupancy, the cost per person is only $3699, if booked by October 28, 2014.
This trip-of-a-lifetime will include stops at Edinburgh Castle (home of the Scottish Crown Jewels), Holyrood Palace, St. Andrews, Dunrobin Castle, the Orkney Islands, Isle of Skye and Armadale Castle and Loch Ness, to name a few. See the detailed itinerary by clicking here.
Touring Scotland in the spring is an opportunity that you do not want to miss. Reservations are limited so please confirm your spot as soon as possible. There are limited single occupancy rooms available.

About the Program:
Welcome to the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce’s (GACC) International Discovery Mission Travel Program. As business becomes increasingly global in nature, the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce has made a commitment to business communities in New Mexico to make available opportunities to visit some of our country’s competitors and potential partners in commerce. The GACC views the Discovery Mission Program as the first step towards building business relationships abroad. Through the Discovery Mission Program, we hope to provide our business travelers with the opportunity to expand their views of culture and the interdependency that exists between companies and countries around the world. As a Discovery Mission traveler you can become a “Business Environment Map-Maker” for your company. You will gather information regarding the business, cultural and political climate of the host country. This information can become the foundation for future strategic thinking about international trade. We invite you to join us on a Discovery Mission Trip and see for yourself how becoming familiar with a country’s business practices, economic assets, communication approaches, its history, and culture and people can strengthen you personally and professionally.
